1. Definitions
● Application: Smart Trader: Story of Success
● Company: the developer of this Application
● User: any individual using the Application
● Subscription: an automatically renewable access to the Application’s functionality for a specified fee
2. Purpose of the Application
The Application is intended for the viewing and analysis of the User’s own trading activities.
It assists in monitoring activity and analyzing results but does not constitute investment advice and
does not guarantee profit or positive trading outcomes.
All trading decisions are made solely by the User, who bears full responsibility for them.
3. Financial and Cryptocurrency Operations
● The Application is not an exchange, wallet, or payment service.
● We do not process transactions nor hold users’ cryptocurrency assets.
● Connection to an exchange via API keys is used exclusively for retrieving data.
● API keys are processed locally on the User’s device.
● We never request or store private keys, passwords, or access to users’ funds.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
● Subscriptions are arranged through the Apple App Store.
● Payment is charged to the User’s Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
● Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
● Subscription fees:
○ 1 month — US$ 1.99
○ 3 months — US$ 5.49
○ 6 months — US$ 9.99
● Subscriptions can be canceled through Apple ID settings.
● Payments are non-refundable, except as expressly provided by the App Store.
5. Limitation of Liability
● The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred through the use of the Application.
● All information provided in the Application is for analytical and educational purposes only.
● The User acknowledges that cryptocurrency trading involves high risk.
● The Application’s operation may be temporarily suspended for updates.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted error-free operation, but we endeavor to maintain it.
6. User Rights and Obligations
● The User undertakes to use the Application only for lawful purposes.
● The User is prohibited from modifying, decompiling, or misusing the Application in any manner detrimental to the Company.
7. Company’s Rights
● The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Application.
● The Company may amend subscription terms with prior notice to Users.
8. Privacy
Use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Argentina.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the developer’s place of business.
