This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Application and tells You about Your privacy rights.

1. Interpretation and Definitions
● Application: Smart Trader: Story of Success
● Company: refers to the App developer.
● Personal Data: any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
● Usage Data: information collected automatically by the App.
2. Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
2.1. Types of Data Collected
a) Account & Usage Data (stored in Firebase Firestore)
● Exchange User ID and Exchange name (e.g., BitGet)
● Date of first account connection (when user links their exchange account via API keys), last open
date, login count
→ Used to provide core functionality: track the free trial period (~1 month), prevent abuse, and
display subscription prompts.
b) Trading Data (processed locally on the user’s device)
● Data retrieved from the connected exchange via API keys (e.g., trading history, positions, orders).
These data are used solely to provide in-app functionality and display relevant information to the
user.
● All such data are stored locally on the user’s device in the app’s local database, are not uploaded to our servers, and are not shared with any third parties.
c) Crash Data (Firebase Crashlytics)
● Anonymous Firebase UID (from anonymous sign-in)
Crash details (stack traces, app version, device/OS, timestamps)
→ Used only for diagnostics and improving stability. Retained by Firebase ~90 days.
d) Photos
● You may take or import photos.
→ Photos remain only on your device and are never uploaded or shared.e) Local Preferences and Settings (stored on your device only)
● Some preferences and settings (e.g., filters, user options) are stored locally on your device (in
App Preferences / local storage).
These data are never transmitted to us or any third parties.
They exist solely to provide a better app experience and remain fully under your control.
f) Exported Data (generated locally as PDF)
● The App allows you to export your own trading history as a PDF document.
● The PDF is generated entirely on your device, based on your locally stored data.
● Exported files remain under your full control. We do not upload, store, or transmit these files to
any server or third party.
g) Data not collected
We do not collect your name, email, phone, address, contacts, geolocation, advertising identifiers, or
payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple.
2.2. Use of Your Data
We may use the collected data to:
● Provide and maintain the App (including free-period enforcement and subscription paywall).
● Diagnose and fix crashes.
● Prevent misuse and ensure fair usage.
● Improve functionality and performance.
We do not use data for targeted advertising or sell data to third parties.
2.3. Retention of Data
● Firestore usage data: retained as long as necessary for functionality or deleted upon request.
● Crashlytics reports: stored ~90 days by Firebase, then removed.
● Photos: stored only on your device until you delete them.
2.4. Transfer of Data
Usage and crash data are processed by Google Firebase (Firestore and Crashlytics). Data may be processed on servers in multiple regions. No data is transferred to advertising networks or data brokers.
2.5. Security of Data
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures and rely on Firebase’s infrastructure, but no
method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.3. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 16.
In certain regions, the minimum age may be 15 (e.g., Australia, South Korea) in accordance with local regulations.
We do not knowingly collect or store any personal data from children under the applicable minimum age.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at
smart.trader.authorized@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.
4. Your Privacy Rights
● You may request access or deletion of Firestore data by contacting
smart.trader.authorized@gmail.com (include your Exchange UID).
● You can delete photos and local data yourself or uninstall the App.
● Rights under GDPR/CCPA (access, erasure, portability, objection) can be exercised via the same
email.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
